How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been paid for and processed, packaging and dispatch take approximately 1–2 business days. Deliveries typically arrive within:

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier operations and customs processing in your region. We recommend allowing a few extra days for your order, especially during peak seasons or holidays.
All deliveries are door-to-door. If you’re not available to receive your parcel, you can provide an alternate delivery address (such as your workplace) by emailing us at hello@africaorganics.eu.
Can I collect my order in person?
Unfortunately, in-person collection is not available for our Europe and UK customers at this time.
Can I pay in cash?
No, we do not accept cash payments. All purchases must be made securely online through our checkout system.
How is my order packaged?
All orders are carefully packed in recyclable boxes and eco-friendly materials to ensure safe transit and to support our commitment to sustainability. Our packaging is designed to protect your products while minimising environmental impact.
