Returns & Refund Policy - Europe & UK
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with EU and UK consumer protection laws. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

Incorrect item received (must be sealed and in original packaging)

Item damaged or faulty on arrival

Product past its expiry date on delivery
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is due to change of mind or an error not caused by Africa Organics, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To start a return, please email us at hello@africaorganics.eu with your order number and details of the issue.
Refunds
Once your returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If rejected, we will provide a clear explanation of why the return could not be accepted.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@africaorganics.eu.
Damaged Goods
If your products arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will investigate the issue with the courier service and notify you once the claim has been processed.
If approved, a refund or replacement (where applicable) will be issued for the damaged item(s).
Products must be deemed unusable (e.g., broken seals, leakage, contamination) to qualify.
Replacements
Replacements will only be issued if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In all other cases, refunds will be provided according to the above conditions.
Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased via Africa Organics Europe or UK are redeemable only on our regional website and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you may use a credit or debit card to complete your purchase.
Gift cards purchased in the EU or UK cannot be used on the South African online store.
Merchandise Credit
Merchandise return credits issued by Africa Organics Europe & UK are redeemable solely on www.africaorganics.eu or www.africaorganics.uk and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or damaged credits will not be replaced.
